(42)’Write It And Shred It’ For ‘Cleaning Up Our Minds’ いろいろな記憶を「書いて捨てる」

Today a barrage of information might bring forth anxiety and distress. That deprives us of enough room in our minds to think for ourselves what is the best path to follow. Negative feelings may have been accumulated in our minds day by day and we don’t even know where to start. Many people have been struggling to keep their mental sanity.

If we cannot step back and see the whole picture of what we should do and focus on our shining future, our minds will be washed away by that speed of society and we lose control of our life. We need to find ways to deal with negativity and have access to our TrueSelf, so we can get ourselves under control.

I have shown such techniques in the first stage and in the second stage of what I am working on, in Workshop Ⅰ.

The first stage is ‘Cleaning up our minds’ and one of the efficient techniques is ‘Write it and Shred it’

The second stage is ‘Goodness mining.’ and one of the efficient techniques is ‘Write it and Find it.’

Today I conducted a workshop on ‘Cleaning up our minds’ with my friend in Canada. After that workshop, she said in a powerful voice, “My heart has become lighter.” But she wondered why I asked her to write both bad memories and good memories. I said to her. “It is good and refreshing to empty your mind of everything like unloading all the boxes from the truck,”… which will enable us to move on to the next stage where we can have access to our TrueSelf.
