‘We are what we eat. We are what we think. … We are what we focus on.’

Being worried too much about what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen to us, might do harm to our mental state. Those who can laugh and stay positive, whatever happens, will keep their mental sanity.

People’s mental conditions affect how healthy they are, how warm their human relationships with others are, and how rich or meaningful their lives are.

What I think we should do now is to focus on what we really are, what we want to do, and how much love we can give to others. We should also be patient. We should never lose sight of the beacon of light and hope which is ahead of us.

We can draw on the best in our potential. We can make our dreams come true. We can achieve what we have long wanted to.

We can turn this world into a better place. We can make it happen. That is what our life is all about.

Why don’t we turn off everything around us, and reflect upon ourselves about what we are focused on?
