(83)Focus On What Comes From Within, Not What Comes From Outside 自分の外ではなく中に焦点を当てる

Today what comes from outside has been full of fear and anxiety. A lot of people cannot stay away from the information from the media, such as TV, the Internet, and SNS, and they tend to focus on what is happening in the world. They are affected so much by natural disasters, human conflicts, and economic fluctuations.


Of course, it is important for us to take good care of ourselves and stay safe. But at the same time, we can choose our own mindset. If we opt for a positive film, we can live an amazing reality and vice versa. As long as we focus on what comes from outside, we may not make our hope happen. We are what we think.


I advocate that people should enjoy their own quality time for at least 15 minutes a day, during which they enjoy reflecting on their days, planning their future, or talking to flora and fauna. Such time enables us to go back to who we really are. We can live in a peaceful world different from a competitive society full of fear and anxiety.
